Servicing

Underground servicing (sewer and water) for TaigaNova has been completed.  TaigaNova now has its Certificate of Construction Completion.

Lots will also be fully serviced for power, gas and phone. 

Stormwater is managed via an attractive swale system and on-site stormwater management pond.  Servicing plans will be available for download shortly.
